Circular No 1 / 2011 of 23/02/2011 provides for the Minister Brunetta Section No 3 "dashboard tracking made available by the SAC:

1. Introduction

This guide covers the functionality available to physicians, members of SistemaTS, indicating the inability to send certificates of illness by computer.

This application should not be used if the impossibility of 'form is caused by disruption of the portal SistemaTS that are registered at system automatically, ensuring the physician office sending the issuance of paper certificates.

2. Access to the system

access procedure is triggered by the portal at SistemaTS http://www.sistemats.it/ .

clicking on the link "Access Credentials", displays the authentication page which should be added to their credentials (identification code and password).

If the doctor holds an active smart card may also authenticate via "smart card logon.

You will be asked, therefore, complete the following form, by entering the tax code and a password to verify the user for approval.

From the page you enter in the authentication of online services where you can access the "On-Line".

3. Online Support

3.1 Selecting

clicking on "Online Help" to access the following page:

selecting the top right the "Notifications" page is presented that allows the entry of the alert by the physician of the possibility of not sending electronic certificates of illness.

In particular, the physician must disclose:

 ASL of the responsibility for what is working (by selecting an appropriate drop-down menu should be active on multiple spatial positions);

 period (from ... to) which will issue paper certificates;

3.2 Invio segnalazione

Una volta cliccato sul pulsante “Invia Richiesta”, il Sistema visualizzerà una pagina di avvenuta registrazione della segnalazione con riepilogo dei dati inseriti.
